How to exercise your data rights with Clothster. Pick the action you need, fill in the email, and we'll respond within 30 calendar days. The full text of your rights is in our Privacy Policy.
One inbox handles all of these
Email clothster@vynt.eu from the address on your account so we can verify identity. Include the suggested subject line so it routes correctly.
Get a copy of your data
Email usRight of access (GDPR Art. 15). We send a structured JSON export of all data we hold about you within 30 calendar days.

Delete a specific look or item
Email usFor free-tier users who cannot delete generations from the app yet. Tell us which generation URLs or wardrobe items you want removed. Resolved within 30 calendar days.

Delete your account
Email usRight to erasure (GDPR Art. 17). Your wardrobe, self-photo, generations, and account record are deleted within 30 calendar days, subject to short retention windows for soft-deleted content described in our Privacy Policy.

Export your data (portability)
Email usRight to portability (GDPR Art. 20). We send a machine-readable JSON archive of the data you provided to us, suitable for moving to another service.

Pause processing during a dispute
Email usRight to restriction (GDPR Art. 18). We pause active processing of your data while a dispute or correction is being resolved.

Object to processing
Email usRight to object (GDPR Art. 21). Use this if you disagree with how a specific processing activity (e.g., public-feed publication) is being applied to you.

Withdraw a consent you gave
Email usYou can withdraw consent for anything you opted in to (e.g., marketing email, public-feed publication). Withdrawal does not affect processing already done before the withdrawal.

Correct inaccurate data
Email usRight to rectification (GDPR Art. 16). For your display name, just open the wardrobe page and click the pencil. For other corrections, email us with what needs to change.

Identity verification
We verify identity through control of the email address on your account. Email us from that address. If you no longer have access to it, write from any address with the subject DSR — identity verification and we'll work with you to verify through an alternative method.
SLA and complaints
We respond within 30 calendar days, extendable by up to 60 more days for complex requests (we'll tell you if that applies). If you believe we've mishandled your request, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or your local supervisory authority in the EU.
