Common questions
- Does my face go on the feed?
- On Plus, your looks are private by default — reachable by link, never listed on the feed. On free, every render goes public with your face replaced by a stand-in, so the look is shareable but you're not identifiable.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. You keep Plus until the billing period ends, then drop back to free. Your wardrobe and past looks stay exactly where they are.
- What happens to my looks after I cancel?
- They stay. Private looks you made on Plus stay private after you cancel. Anything you generate on free from that point goes to the public feed, anonymized the same as always.
- Is "as many as you want" actually unlimited?
- For most people, yes. There's a soft cap of 60 looks a month — roughly two a day — which covers the vast majority of users. If you're heading toward that, we'll let you know before anything slows down.
- Will the price go up?
- Not for you. Whatever rate you sign up at is the rate you keep, even if we raise it later.
